      Key Stage 3

      Key Stage 3 Curriculum (Years 7 & 8)

      The Key Stage 3 curriculum is followed by students in Years 7 and 8. From Year 7, students are placed in teaching sets according their ability in Maths, Science and English. All other subjects are taught in tutor groups which match their needs so that they can achieve their best potential and make the highest possible progress. The curriculum for Years 7 and 8 consists of: English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish), Design and Technology, Art, Drama, Music, Physical Education, Society Ethics and Beliefs and Computing.
