The menu displayed on this page has been created by Freddie Delfs, our Catering Manager. Freddie is now in charge of the Academy’s catering department which from this term is to be run by an “In House” team

We all want the menu to be your menu and to show our commitment to providing you with the food you like to enjoy we are soon to send out a questionnaire asking you to give your views on the catering services provided. In the meantime please feel free to e-mail us your views or alternatively speak to Freddie when you see him in the dining room.

We will have to provide a range of sensibly priced dishes at lunchtime which enable you to be able to follow a sensible and well balanced diet. Following such a diet will assist in providing you with the required levels of energy to sparkle in the afternoon sessions and with a well tuned body will come a well tuned brain.
We want this menu to be your menu and for you to think of it as My Menu.
