The City of London Academy in the Community
 

 

     


The City of London Academy is committed to inclusion and there is scope for active community involvement in the Academy as a local centre of excellence.

To encompass this the Academy operates an extended day and facilities are available throughout the year, with the exceptions of some public holidays.

The development of a partnership between the school and community is a key feature of the Academy. This partnership is a mechanism for helping to maximise the use of resources by both the Academy and the community and also to ensure that a broad and balanced range of learning, sports and recreational activities are available to meet the needs, interests and aspirations of the community.
