Dulwich Youth Orchestra for children aged 7-17, established for more than 30 years, meets for five mornings each school holiday and presents a concert on the last day. For older and more advanced players who have been regular attendees of DYO, there is the possibility of performing a concerto with the senior orchestra. There are no auditions – see www.dyodulwich.com for details, and to download an application form. Generous bursaries are available. Early application is advised and we regret that we are sometimes unable to take applications after the closing date if numbers are full. However, we reserve the right to accept occasional late applications for the benefit of creating a balanced orchestra.
