Workshop for Parents on Healthy Eating

Would you like more info on making healthy and nutritious meals for your children?
 
These workshops will provide parents with information on: salt, sugar and fat content of food; what makes for a healthy lunch box; what a healthy & delicious diet looks like; and how to get more active. They will receive tons of helpful information, tools and tips.
Interested parents are invited to attend one of the following two workshops with/out their children:

9.30am to 10.30am : 1st Workshop
11am to 12pm: 2nd Workshop
1.30pm to 2.30pm: Private appointments

Southwark Parenting Courses

The programme is a successful 12 week video based course for all parents / carers of 8-13 year old children.

The approach is positive and helps focus and builds upon parents exisiting strengths. It is designed to promote parent/carer self confidence and offer practical support and ideas without criticism or blame.
