The City of London Academy, sponsored by The City of London, opened its brand new Sixth Form in September 2005.

What we Teach: The Curriculum

The City of London Academy offers its students outstanding facilities and equipment as well as excellent staff to provide every opportunity for a successful 6th Form education. The school has a Business and Enterprise specialism and a Sport specialism, and students experience this emphasis in their learning. The Academy, of course, teaches the full National Curriculum and also offers the chance to pursue additional learning after school.

Dress Code

At The City of London Academy appropriate dress is compulsory. All pupils must wear correct clothing at all times. The following criteria will apply for sixth form students:

Girls
Dark blue, grey or black business suit with trousers or skirt; Plain blouse or shirt, white, blue or pastel colour; Plain black low-heel shoes

Boys
Dark blue, grey or black business suit; Plain shirt, white, blue or pastel colour; School 6th Form tie; Plain black low-heel shoes
