Homework
All staff and subjects set homework on the Google Classroom platform. Homework tasks may not all be electronic, and homework can still be done on paper or in books; however, it will always be set on Google Classroom.
Tracking your child’s work and homework:
For those parents and carers wishing to track the work that is set for your son/daughter, you should have received an email from Google Classroom asking you if you would like to receive email updates (you may need to check your spam inbox). The updates will allow you to monitor any work that your child is set, with the submission date and details, along with lesson and classwork material too. You can choose whether these updates are daily or weekly, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The CoLA-S Homework Timetable
Students will be set homework in accordance with this timetable. Where a subject is not taught on the allocated day, homework should be set in the previous lesson. Students must have 48 hours from the time allocated below to complete their homework. 20 minutes of homework is allocated per subject.
